Logging Into Business Central

Access Methods

Web Browser (Recommended)

1. Open your web browser
2. Navigate to: [Your Business Central URL]
3. Enter your credentials
4. Click Sign In

Desktop App

If you have the Business Central desktop application installed: 1. Launch the Business Central app 2. Enter your credentials 3. Click Sign In

Login Credentials

• Your login credentials are provided by IT during onboarding
• Use your company email address as your username
• Contact IT if you've forgotten your password

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Problem: Can't remember password Solution: Use the "Forgot Password" link or contact IT

Problem: Account is locked Solution: Contact IT to unlock your account

Problem: Browser compatibility issues Solution: Use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome for best results
